Please speak this “daily”. It will “root out” sin and deception and lies and drive away the influence of bad angels if you speak this regularly “over time”
as best you can, please “connect” with what you are saying (really “think” about what you are saying), and do the following, as best you can………….. Read out loud (always that, never read silently), and as much as possible speak with a
a) Clear mind (make sure you are concentrating while speaking)
b) Great emotion (great conviction – firm speech, not mumbled or under the breath)
c) Strong will (you want to exercise your “will” and speak with authority as a child of the most high god)
d) Whole heart (the more you apply yourself to this process, the more value you will get out of it – it must “matter” to you a lot if you want maximum impact!)
* Additionally, while speaking these sheets, have a pencil/pen with you and record any thoughts, feelings or bodily sensations (positive or negative) that manifest while you are speaking these prayers (record your experiences next to the things you were saying when these thoughts or bodily reactions occurred)
